Jehovah Shammah is a Hebrew name for God, "The Lord is there."
In Psalm 23, David says that even though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, the Lord is there!
The Lord will not neglect you or forsake you in your trouble!
The name Jehovah Shammah is a reminder that in our darkest hour, the Lord is there!
When you feel abandoned or afraid, you can call on Jehovah Shammah, because the Lord is there!
