Distractions and Misplaced Priorities

The last words of Jesus to His disciples were specific instructions for them to stay in Jerusalem and wait for the promise of the Father. John baptized with water, but they would be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. But the disciples weren’t interested in being baptized in the Spirit. They were interested in knowing when the kingdom was going to be restored to Israel.
