Clean Hands and A Pure Heart

We need to make sure that we have clean hands and pure hearts if we want to make heaven our home. We must stay out of the dirt! God has called us to be holy as He is holy and to be separate from the world.

We are not to love the world nor the things of the world. We are to maintain clean hands by avoiding every kind of evil the Bible says.

We expect doctors to wash their hands before an examination. We expect the kitchen help to wash their hands before preparing our food. We should expect those who lead us spiritually to maintain clean hands and a pure heart. Our hands represent our doings and our actions.
