Worthy of the Calling

The staff in the hand of Moses represented his calling as a shepherd. Jesus, as the Good Shepherd, uses a "rod" and a "staff" to direct His wandering sheep. David said the Lord’s rod and staff comforted him.

Exodus 4:2 a

2 And the Lord said unto him, What is that in thine hand? 

From the moment God asked Moses, "What’s in your hand," his life would never be the same again. When you hear the call, it forever changes your life!
