The Reasoning of God

God issued an invitation through His prophet Isaiah and used the brilliant white snow as an example of how clean we can be from sin. He called for the nation to come and reason at an unreasonable time. The nation was in deep trouble because the people had rebelled against the Lord. They chose not to think about God and as a result sin was rampant and corruption was everywhere.

G.K. Chesterton said:

“Whatever else may be said about man, this much is certainly true: He is not all that he could be.”

It’s obvious that something has gone wrong with the human race, and we are not all that we could be.
